How much notice do you need for an order? +

As much notice as possible is always appreciated, particularly for weekends, weddings, larger orders and busy celebration dates. Availability can vary, so it is always worth getting in touch even if your date is close.

Can I send you inspiration photos? +

Yes. Inspiration photos, colour palettes and ideas are very welcome and are a great starting point when discussing your cake. We can use them as inspiration to create a design personalised to your celebration.

Do you offer collection and delivery? +

Yes. Collection and delivery options are available for all of our cakes and cupcakes. Delivery is subject to availability, so we recommend giving us as much notice as possible when placing your order.

Can you cater for dietary requirements? +

Yes. Gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options are available across our range of cakes and cupcakes. Please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies when you enquire so we can discuss the most suitable options for your order.

What size cake will I need? +

Cake size depends on the number of guests you would like to serve and the portion size required. Simply let us know your approximate number of guests when you enquire and we can recommend the most suitable cake size or number of tiers for your occasion.

How do I choose flavours and fillings? +

What information should I include in my enquiry? +

Please include your celebration date, the type of cake or cupcakes you're looking for, approximate number of servings or quantity, preferred flavours and any design ideas or inspiration you may have. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to help with your enquiry.

How do I secure my booking? +

Once the details of your order have been agreed, payment must be made in advance to secure your booking slot. Your date is not confirmed until payment has been received.
